If you need assistance or would like to bring your service animal or book a wheelchair/mobility device on an SAS flight, just go to My bookings to make a request once you’ve booked your trip. For flights operated by airlines other than SAS, please use this form.
Please also note that if you are both visually and hearing impaired, you’ll also need to submit this form even if your flight is operated by SAS.
Assistance is subject to availability. You need to request assistance at least 48 hours before the scheduled time of departure. Your service must also be approved before departure, otherwise we can’t guarantee assistance.
