Request a receipt for onboard purchases, ancillary services, and tickets purchased online, via the SAS App, or through SAS Customer Service.
For tickets purchased on our website, in the SAS App or from SAS Customer Service, you can request a receipt for up to 24 months after the trip is completed. We'll send the receipt to the email address you used when you purchased the ticket.
Please note that we can only provide receipts for trips booked on our website, in the SAS App or from SAS Customer Service and not for tickets issued by travel agents. We also cannot provide company names on receipts.
For onboard purchases, please note that receipts may not be available for up to two days or more after the purchase.
