Due to the wildfires in California SAS offers one rebooking free of charge for passengers traveling with SAS to/from Los Angeles 9-17 January 2025.
Rebooking can be made at no additional charge to a SAS operated flight 9-20 January 2025 to the same destination in the same service class as the original ticket.
This offer is not valid for rebooking to other airlines.
To change your booking you must contact SAS Customer Service. It's not possible to change your booking on SAS websites or SAS App.
If you bought your ticket via a Travel Agent or a Tour Operator, please contact them directly.
The following criteria's must be met to use this offer:
You bought the ticket on SAS website, SAS App or via SAS Customer Service.
Flight is not canceled
The departure date of your original flight is 9-17 January 2025
Your ticket is bought and issued on/before 09 January 2025
If your booking is affected by any of the criteria below, make sure they are also rebooked:
Travel with a pet
Travel as an unaccompanied minor
Special meal is ordered
Seating is prereserved
Transportation of a wheelchair and - or special assistance is requested
Travel with a group ticket
SAS will not reimburse travelers for costs such as, but not limited to, accommodations, meals or surface or air transport related for voluntary rebooking.
