How we handle your case

We’ll process your case within 30 days and notify you by email once your case has been handled. To add more information to your case, simply reply to the confirmation email you received. Processing your case may take some time, but there’s no action required from you in the meantime.

Enter your case number and last name to see the current status of your case. You’ll find your 8-digit case number on the email you received after submitting your case.
