Here you can search for and view the status of your submitted Customer Service case.

Your current case status

Sometimes it may take a while for us to process your case, but you don't have to do anything in the meantime. We will contact you by email as soon as it is handled and the maximum waiting time should be 30 days. If you want to add something to your case, you can reply to the same email from which you received the confirmation.

Enter your case number and last name to see current status of your Customer Service case. A case number consists of 8 digits and can be found in the email you received after submitting your case.
