Lahemaa and Kõrvemaa nature reserves are both located around 50 km from Tallinn. They make a perfect day trip if you want to get out of the city and experience Estonian nature and wildlife. If you’re lucky you might spot some wild animals in the nature reserves; moose, wild boar, brown bear, lynx, wolf and fox among others.
