We have made some updates to our EuroBonus member Terms & Conditions and the EuroBonus Privacy Policy. All changes will be applicable from September 1, 2024. Here are the most important changes to the EuroBonus member Terms & Conditions:

• Necessary changes regarding our transition into Sky Team Alliance

• Categories of points have been changed to “Level points” and “Basic points”

• Clarification on how to earn points with one of our partner airlines

Here are the most important changes to the EuroBonus Privacy Policy:

• Updated information regarding processing activities of personal data

• Clarification on purpose and legal basis for processing activities

• Clarification in retention time for different categories of personal data

• More information on your rights as a data subject

The updated EuroBonus member Terms & Conditions and EuroBonus Privacy Policy will be published in their entirety on September 1, 2024.

As from the 1st of July, Gothenburg Landvetter Airport will move the entrance of Fast Track, from Main Security to Security Control B (old domestic).

The Fast Track traveler will get a more exclusive, smoother and faster passage and the capacity at main security will increase for all the airport's passengers.

Starting 10 June, Diamond members will be able to change flights (to an earlier or later departure) on the day of departure directly in the SAS App!

Good to know:

• Same day change of flight applies to all SAS flights, regardless of ticket type

• You can change a flight from when check-in opens up until 60 minutes before departure

• Changing a flight only applies to flights on the same day and applies to all travelers in your booking

• If you change your flight, you’ll lose all added extras e.g. pre-selected seats or meals

• Change of flight is not possible if you already have checked in a bag

In order to be able to offer more available seats, even close to departure, all preselected Plus and Business seats will be chargeable. The update will include all SAS flights from October 18, 2023. Please note that EuroBonus Gold and Diamond members, exclusively, will still be able to preselect seats at no additional cost.
