Request a receipt

Use this form to get copies of your tickets and onboard purchases made via SAS (website, app, or Customer Service) within the past 24 months. Receipts will be sent to the email in your booking — update it under My trips if you want them sent elsewhere.

Good to know

  • You can get receipts for purchases made directly via SAS (website, app or customer service)

  • Receipts can't be requested for tickets issued by travel agencies

  • Company names can't be added on receipts

  • It may take up to 2 days or more to get receipts for onboard purchases
