Refund due to death in family

We’re very sorry to hear about your loss. We’ll help you cancel your trip and refund your tickets. To get a refund, the booking needs to have been made before the death occurred. In the case of the death of an immediate family member, you can cancel a trip booked directly with SAS by uploading the death certificate. If you booked through a travel agent, please contact them instead. You will also need to provide official documents showing the relationship between you and the deceased person.  For your information, SAS is obliged to store all documentation relating to this, for a minimum of 2 years.
