This form is for requesting a refund for a SAS trip purchased from a travel agent and you do not wish to contact them.*
We'll process your refund according to the ticket rules for your ticket. If your flight was canceled or changed by more than 1 hour, we will refund the original fare as well as taxes and any other extra services.
Please note that we'll handle your refund within 7 days of your request. SAS will not refund any other products or services purchased from the travel agency, such as hotels, rental cars, service fees, etc.
