We do everything we can to make your trip as easy and comfortable as possible, whatever your needs or abilities.
In case of a disability related concern in relation to a SAS operated flight from, to or within an airport in the US, the following applies.
If you raise a complaint about discrimination, accommodations or services with respect to a disability, and our local airport staff or booking agents are unable to immediately resolve your issue, you are welcome to ask for SAS’ appointed Complaint Resolution Official (CRO). Our CRO is trained to help solving any issues in compliance with current US accessibility legislations.
